When a box set is offered for pre-order , it is because it is not yet produced. So we need some time to produce it. The estimated delivery date is marked on the product sheet and will be reminded in the confirmation email of your pre-order.
We are doing everything possible to ship it as soon as possible. This can take a few weeks, and sometimes several months depending on the product and time of year.
Once the package has been shipped , the home delivery time is 2-4 working days for France , 3-10 working days for other destinations.
How do I track my package?
When your package is sent, we send you a confirmation by email or text message to be sure that you receive it. It is in this shipping confirmation that you will find the link that will allow you to follow the progress of your delivery.
What should I do if I have not received my package?
Our packages usually do not fit in the mailbox. In the event of your absence during delivery, the carrier must normally leave a “call notice” . On this notice, it is indicated when the carrier must return, or otherwise where the package was left.
It sometimes happens that the carrier does not leave a delivery notice. In this case, we advise you to regularly check the status of your delivery via the package tracking number sent to you in the delivery tracking email or SMS.
If your package is announced “Delivered” but you have not received it, please check with your caretaker or your neighbors if they have not received it for you.
