What is a pre-order?

When a box set is available for pre-order, which means it hasn't been produced yet. Pre-ordering allows you to reserve our gift sets that are not yet in stock at a preferential price.

What are the delivery times?

So we need some time to produce it.estimated delivery date is marked on the product sheet and will be recalled in your shopping cart as well as the confirmation email of your pre-order. We are doing everything we can to ship it as soon as possible and will keep you updated by email (remember to check your spam folder!).

Once the package has been shipped, the delivery time is 2 to 4 business days for standard delivery in mainland France and 3 to 10 business days for collection points and other destinations.

For orders of products in stock the delivery time is usually fast, and can vary between 1 business day for express delivery, and 10 business days for international delivery.

Multiple shipments?

We cannot ship additional items added to your cart separately; all orders will be shipped via the chosen shipping method. As soon as all products are available if you would like to receive other products before this date, you can place two separate orders through additional delivery charges may apply, or contact us after placing your order to pay the additional fee.
