What are the usual delivery times?

For orders of in-stock products, delivery is usually fast and may vary between 1 and 4 business days, depending on the chosen shipping method and the destination.

Satisfied or refunded

If the product has not yet been shipped and you have not received the shipping confirmation email, you can request to cancel your order by contacting us.

If you have received the product and are no longer satisfied with it, or if you wish to exchange it, you have 30 days to return it to us.

To do so, simply send us a message from the contact page, and we will provide you with a return label, completely free of charge.

Once we receive the package, we will proceed with either an exchange or a full refund.

Our selection is the result of rigorous work carried out by a committee of world-renowned experts, including a Best Sommelier of France and a Best Craftsman of France. To be included in one of our gift sets, each wine must meet three criteria:

  • Its quality must be validated by our experts and rewarded.
  • Its estate must have a unique history and a strong environmental commitment.
  • His profile matches the theme of our box (e.g., rare wines, legendary wines, etc.).

Once your order has been shipped, home delivery takes 2 to 4 business days for France, and 3 to 10 business days for other destinations. You will receive a shipping confirmation email or SMS with a tracking link to follow your package in real time.

What should I do if I haven't received my package?

If you are not home when the delivery is attempted, the carrier will normally leave a delivery notice. If you cannot find it, check the status of your package using the tracking link. If the package is marked as "Delivered" but you have not received it, contact your building manager or neighbors. If the package is marked "Returned to Sender," please contact our customer service department.

Where do you deliver this box?

We deliver worldwide. Delivery costs depend on your location and delivery method. For mainland France, the costs are €4.90 for delivery to a collection point, €13.90 for standard delivery, and €16.90 for express delivery. Standard Delivery in the UK will cost you £8.50.

Each bottle of wine contains 100 ml, the equivalent of two tasting glasses. This quantity was chosen to correspond to the optimal tasting amount of 50 ml in a professional INAO glass, allowing you to share the experience or enjoy it over two days.

Our bottles are sealed with an aluminum screw cap. Numerous scientific studies demonstrate that this technology is more effective than cork stoppers for preserving wine. It guarantees the absence of "cork taint," consistent porosity, and allows for storage in any position.

Our partner uses innovative technology that transfers the wine from the bottle to the decanter without any contact with air, ensuring our decanters keep perfectly for years. You can enjoy the wines in your gift set at your own pace.
