The tasting

The view: A dark red color, with purple highlights, typical of Saint-Emilion

Smell: A very concentrated nose, notes of blackcurrant, cocoa, an empyreumatic side with notes of cedar, tobacco, and vanilla. A second nose with light aromas of mint.

Taste: Ample and very rich, the mouth is well melted and evokes black cherry liqueur, sweet blackcurrant, cocoa, cedar and vanilla. The texture is almost massive and the fatty tannins give a very nice length in the mouth.
